Searching For a Medical Passport

 

 

In this video, we will be showing you how to search for a Medical Passport.

Steps:

  1. In your facility, you can search for a medical passport by clicking on the ‘Medical Passport tab’ at the top left.
  2. Once here, you’ll notice on the left there is a Patient Search with the options to search by ‘Procedure Date’ or by ‘Patient’. You can search for a specific procedure date by clicking on the calendar and selecting the date and clicking ‘search’. This will show you all your patients that are due to come in on that date. You have the option to sort each column by clicking on the arrow next to the column header.
  3. You can also search by a specific date range, simply enter in the start, and end date and click ‘Search’. This will show you all patients due to come in for the date range you entered.
  4. You can also search by patient. To search for a particular patient, enter in their last name, their first name and date of birth are optional then click ‘search’. This will bring up any matching criteria based on your search fields here. To sort each column, click on the arrow next to the column header.
  5. The status column indicates if a patient has a Medical Passport or not. Scheduled only means they are only on the schedule and do not have a Medical Passport. Incomplete means a medical passport want started but not completed & printed indicates a Medical Passport was completed and printed. Below the status displays if the medical passport was patient created or facility created.
