Printing a Medical Passport

The New Activity Queue is located on the Facility home page. Any time a patient submits a medical passport to your facility, you’ll be alerted here.

  • Once a Medical Passport has been submitted, but has not yet been viewed, downloaded, or printed, the New Activity Queue will populate a ‘Not downloaded Medical Passports’ alert with a record count next to it. To view these Medical Passport’s, click the “view” option.
  • You will then be taken to the ‘All Not Downloaded‘ queue where you can see any Medical Passports that have not yet been printed or downloaded.
  • This queue will allow you to see the date of procedure, patient’s name, procedure, doctor, when they entered their medical passport, and if the facility created it or not.
  • To print the medical passport, click “print“. A pop-up will then appear, stating any clinical significance items if applicable for the patient. Once you are ready, click “Generate Patient Report” and click “print“.

Note: Once you’ve viewed or printed the medical passport, it will be taken out of the New Activity queue.
