Finding / Deleting an Incomplete Medical Passport

 

 

Steps:

  1. Click the “Medical Passport” tab to the top left of the facility portal.
  2. Whether you are searching by procedure date or by patient name, under the “Status” column, you will be able to quickly find statuses there. If any patient or staff has partially completed the patient’s Medical Passport, you then have the ability to complete it for them. Hover over it, and click on the “Select” button. Go through the steps to complete this Medical Passport.
  3. To delete an incomplete Medical Passport, hover over the patient’s booking and select the “More” button, and click on the “Delete” button. Please note you can only delete a facility-created incomplete Medical Passports. You cannot delete a patient-created Medical Passport.

You can also find incomplete Medical Passports by pulling the incomplete Medical Passport Report.

  1. To do this, click on the “Reports” tab.
  2. Next, under Medical Passport reports, click “incomplete Medical Passports” enter in a start and end date range by either clicking inside the box or by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the date.
  3. Then click “select” on the report – you’ll be able to see the incomplete Medical Passports from the date range you selected at your facility. You will also be able to see patient name, date of birth, city, phone number, scheduled date, when it was created, and if a staff member at your facility created the incomplete Medical Passport.
  4. You can also delete a staff-created incomplete Medical Passport by clicking on the “delete” button, located in the delete staff created column, or you can complete a Medical Passport on behalf of a patient, by clicking on the patient’s name, clicking Medical Passport, and then following the steps to complete the Medical Passport.
