Note: Engage surveys must be activated in order to access the following functionality. Please reach out to your One Medical Passport representative for more information.
Overview:
- You can access your surveys anytime by clicking the “Survey” tab.
- You will be alerted in the ‘New Activity’ list on the homepage anytime a survey has been completed by a patient.
- To view and print those surveys, simply click “view”, which will take you to the ‘Survey Patients’ page where you can see all applicable information about the patient and print the survey.
- You can print one, multiple, or all survey’s by selecting the desired checkboxes next to the patient name’s and then click print.
