How to Manually Opt Patient in via Engage

 

You are able to opt a patient in to receive communications, or opt a patient out from receiving further communications via text.

  1. Start from the One Time Messaging subtab in Engage.
  2. Select “patientsunder “select recipients
  3. Click on the patient you’d like to change opt in status for
  4. Select Opt In and you’ll be prompted to select permission provided by. Please note that if the patient’s number is not in the cell field from your scheduling system, you will need to add that number into your scheduling system directly to have it populate here.
  5. You can also Opt Out, and select reason why.

 

Please contact your project manager or customer success manager if this setting is not turned on.
