How Do I Know Which Messages Will Be Sent?

Answer: There are two methods for reviewing your message setup.

  • For a high-level view of all messages configured to trigger automatically, view the Clinical Pathways tab.
  • For an individual patient view, click the patient’s name under the Communications Center tab. View the Pending Communications section for scheduled messages and the Completed Communications for messages that have already sent.
