Scanning a Document (Office)

Steps:

  1. To scan a document into the corresponding document bucket, simply find the bucket that you want to scan the document to and click the “scan” option.
  2. On this page, you’ll be able to select the source (which is the scanner you would like to utilize), as well as the different scanning options. You have the ability to scan in black and white, grey, or in color.  You can also click “show advanced settings” to show even more scan settings.
  3. Once you’ve selected the way you want to scan your document, simply click “start scan.”
  4. Look over the document after it’s been scanned. If you need it rotated, flipped, or mirrored, you can do so by selecting the “quick edit” option below the document.
  5. Click the “submit” button when you are ready and that’ll upload the document to the corresponding bucket.
