Office Rejected Queue (Office)

Steps: 

  1. On the home screen of your office portal, the Message Center will alert you if there are any newly rejected documents. 
  2. Click the “Here” link on any of these alerts and you will be navigated to the ‘Rejected Documents’ queue.
  3. In this queue where you can see who the documents belong to, the patient’s date of birth, the date of surgery, and the documents that were rejected (as well as the document types and what was wrong with them.)
  4. To view specific documents, simply click on the blue arrow next to the patient’s name and you can then take action based on why the document was rejected. NOTE: Another way to access the rejected queue is by navigating to the “Documents” tab, and clicking “Show all Patient Documents Rejected by Medical Facilities” on the right hand side.
