Batch Scanning Documents (Office)

For offices that need to submit a large chart pack, batch scanning offers an efficient way to transfer multiple pages into different buckets at once.

  • To be able to designate which documents go into which buckets, you first need to print off the bar code sheets.
  • To do this, simply click “get document type pages,” (note some browsers will ask you to save the file or open with.) Make your selection, then press “ok.”

Once the bar code pages are open on your screen, you can then print out the bar code pages and put the corresponding documents behind your document pages.

  • Once they are in the correct order, enter the pages into your feeder scanner. Then click “batch scan.”

On this page you have the ability to select which scanner you will be using to scan your documents as well as if you would like them scanned in black and white, grey, or color. There is also an advance setting options for further configuration.

  • Once you’ve made all of your selections, click “start scan.” After the documents are scanned, click “submit” to complete your batch scan. The documents are then put in to the corresponding document buckets.
