Request a Booking (Office)

Steps:

  1. Click on the “Booking” tab and hover your mouse over to the Procedure sub-navigation, then click “Request”.
  2. Enter the search criteria for your patient (first name and DOB are optional) and click “search”.
  3. The first time you submit a booking request for a new patient, click “Add a New Patient”. If you’re submitting a new booking request for a previously entered patient, you’ll be able to find via your search.
  4. Select the Physician from the drop-down list, the Surgery Booking Form if applicable, and a Booking Template if you have one set up. (Booking templates allow your office to save procedure specific details within the booking fields so that your office does not to reenter the same details for the same case types)
  5. Click the “Next” button and complete the remaining booking fields. Standard information that the bookings will always include is the Patient Information section, Scheduling Preference, and Procedure Information. Once complete, click “Save & Continue”.
  6. Review the information you entered and edit any section, if necessary, by clicking the “Edit Section” option.Time Saving Tip: If there was no template created for this booking request type, you will be able to save the booking as a template so that you can use the procedure information details with other patients. To do this, simply click “Save booking as a template” and name the booking template so that it can be found later.
  7. Before submitting your booking request, you also have the ability to “Print after finish” so that your booking request will be printed once you’ve finished your request.
  8. Click “Finish” and submit your booking request to the facility or, if applicable, click “Finish & Upload Documents”. Once you click Finish, your booking request will then be sent to the facility to review.
