New Activity Queue (Facility)

After logging into your facility portal, any new booking requests will be indicated under the New Activity section.
Next to Booking Requests, you will see a record count of how many new requests there are, click “View” to see them.

New Activity Actions

  • Respond to each booking request.
  • Confirm that that date and time provided are available, or offer another time if the time requested is unavailable.
  • Cancel the booking or put the booking on hold if necessary.
  • View the booking, or print it.
  • View comments that the physician office scheduler noted when they created the booking.

NOTE: Once you’ve selected an action, for that booking, it will be removed from the New Activity queue.
