New Activity Queue (Office)

On the home screen of your office portal, the Message Center will have alerts if there are any new booking request changes.

Click the “Here” link on any of these alerts and you will be navigated to the ‘New Activity’ queue.

In the queue, you can then see the booking requests that have been sent to the facility from your office, and now have new activity.

You can choose to perform new actions on the case or simply click the check mark next to the case to confirm it and it will be removed from the New Activity queue.

Another way to navigate to the New Activity queue is simply going to the ‘Booking’ tab, hovering over the ‘Procedure’ tab, and clicking “New Activity”.
