Conversations allow you to send a specific message to the facility when you need to communicate about a booking request or patient-specific information.
Starting a Conversation:
- Navigate to the Booking tab
- Click the sub-navigation “Start Conversation”
- Enter a title for the conversation
- Decided if your like the conversation to expire on a certain date or not
- Choose who you want the message to be sent to (you can select one or multiple people)
- Enter your message under “Start Conversation” and click “Send”
- Once the conversation is sent, the facility will be alerted that there is a new conversation
Responding To a Conversation:
- If the facility responds or sends you a new conversation, you will be alerted in this message center of your home page
- Click the message to view and enter a response in the reply box if you wish
- Click send when done
