Searching For a Patient (Archive)

Patient search with Passport Archive allows you to search for a patient with a Medical Passport, a Booking or a previously scanned document.

By default, when you click on the archive tab, you’ll be taken to the patient search page, and you will see today’s date. To go to a future date or previous date, click on the green arrows, or select a date from the calendar.

To search for a specific patient, enter their last name, first name and DOB are optional. Select the procedure date, by default date-range will automatically display 30 days, but if you would like to change, click on the calendar icon and choose a date or enter a date inside the box.

Once you’ve made your selection, click ‘Search’.
