Medical Passports are full of helpful and crucial patient information. We offer over a dozen reports that will assist in administrative efforts to compile this information and isolate the data that is needed at any given time.
To get started, navigate to the Reports tab. It’s important to note that while only 1MP admins will have access to all reports offered, other staff will still be able to view the reports tab, with limited access.
Report Types:
- Patient Call Information: patients’ contact information entered in their medical passport, as well as whether or not it is okay to text them or leave a voicemail at the listed number
- Incomplete Medical Passports: patients who have started, but not completed their Medical Passports. From this report, you are able to locate and select the unfinished Medical Passport and then finish It on the patient’s behalf
- Clinical Significance: great tool for quickly reviewing all high risk warnings for all patients within a given date range
- Allergy Information: shows you all allergies that patients have reported having for whatever given date range you need
