Patient Files

Patient files allows your patients to upload important documents after they complete their medical passport.

To access the patient files, click on the Medical Passport tab. You have the option to filter by Patient Files, which will only display patients who have uploaded files.

Once you find your patient, hover your mouse over their information and click on ‘More’. If the patient has uploaded patient files, you will see ‘Patient Files’ in the list. When you click on ‘Patient Files’, a pop- up box will appear and display any files that have been uploaded.

Here, you can review the individual patient files by clicking view next to the file name. From there, you have the option to print or download to your computer.

You also have the option to ‘View All’,  which will allow you to view all files that the patient may have uploaded.

Last, you add the ability to see Activity History. On the activity history, you can see the date and time a patient uploaded their files and the date and time when your facility staff viewed or accessed them.

The other way to access patient files is directly on the patient’s medical passports page. On this page, you can click on the patients’ files link on the left side menu. When you click on the patient files, if the patient has uploaded any files after they completed their medical passport, you’ll be able to view them on here.
