Notes and Nurse Warnings

In this video, we’re going to review two different note taking functions in One Medical Passport: internal notes that will strictly be visible here in the Patient Search screen, and then ‘Nurse Warning notes’ that will also be visible on the patient’s medical passport.

To add an internal note, navigate to the Medical Passport tab, go down to the patient that you need to make notes for, and click ‘Notes’. A pop-up box will appear, and you can add your note inside the text box. Once done, click ‘Save’ and your note will be visible in this row for the patient. These are only internal and will only be visible here on this screen.

To add a ‘Nurse Warning note’ that will be visible on the patient’s medical passport, click the dropdown menu for more, select Nurse Warning, and enter in the ‘Nurse Warning note’ for the patient. Once done, click ‘Save’.  Now, when you go to print out the patient’s medical passport, you’ll notice that that nurse warning is visible on this screen here, it will also be visible on your clinical significance form.

Those are the two types of note taking functionalities in One Medical Passport.
