Creating a test patient allows you to see the Medical Passport questionnaire from the patient’s perspective while giving you a detailed look at how the system works.
Steps:
- To create a test patient, use the link that your One Mnet Health Implementation Lead or Customer Success Manager provided or you can go to www.onemedicalpassport.com
- You will notice that patients can click Register to create a new Medical Passport OR enter their username and password to update their existing Medical Passport for a new procedure.
- Click the green Register button and begin entering the demographic information for your test patient. You should use a name that includes “TEST” so as to not confuse it for a real patient.
- Create a username, password, and security answers, check to accept the One Mnet Health terms of service, then click “Save & Continue” at the bottom of the screen.
- On the medications screen, patients can enter their medications, including prescriptions, over the counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements.
- The Past Medical History section can be configured to meet the needs of your facility.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and click “Finish” at the end to submit the test patient Medical Passport to your facility.
NOTE: patients can exit their Medical Passport and come back and finish it at any time after they create a username and password.
