Booking Status Definitions (Facility)

From the ‘Review Bookings’ page, the ‘Status’ column will show you all the booking statuses.

You sort this column by clicking on the arrow next to the column header.

Status Types & Definitions:

  • Booking Received: allows you to let the office know that you have received the booking request but aren’t ready to confirm the date. (Reach out to your CSM to activate this status)
  • Cancelled: shows when the office has requested to cancel the case.
  • Confirm Cancelled:  shows when you have confirmed that the case has been canceled. (This is communicated back to the office)
  • Confirmed: shows when the case is confirmed at your facility, and it’s on your schedule.
  • Edited: displays in red when the case has been edited. To review the most recent edit, click the arrow under the actions column and then click “Change Log”. This allows you to see a comprehensive list of updates to the booking request.
