Conversations (Office)

 

Conversations allow you to send a specific message to the facility when you need to communicate about a booking request or patient-specific information.

Starting a Conversation:

  1. Navigate to the Booking tab
  2. Click the sub-navigation “Start Conversation”
  3. Enter a title for the conversation
  4. Decided if your like the conversation to expire on a certain date or not
  5. Choose who you want the message to be sent to (you can select one or multiple people)
  6. Enter your message under “Start Conversation” and click “Send”
  7. Once the conversation is sent, the facility will be alerted that there is a new conversation

Responding To a Conversation: 

  1. If the facility responds or sends you a new conversation, you will be alerted in this message center of your home page
  2. Click the message to view and enter a response in the reply box if you wish
  3. Click send when done
