Booking Status Definitions:
- Booking Received: Indicates that the facility has received the booking.
- Cancelled: Appears when you have requested to cancel the case. The facility will be notified and if they’ve confirmed to cancel it, it will show up as “confirmed canceled”. (Note: You have the ability to reopen the cases at any time by simply clicking on the “reopen” button under the actions column)
- Confirmed: This is the status displayed when the case is confirmed by the facility and the case is on their schedule.
- Edited: This is when the case has been edited. To determine the most recent edit, please refer to the ‘change log’. (Note: To access the change log, click on the arrow next to the ‘actions’ and click “change log”. A pop-up window will show you all the changes that have happened to your booking request.)
- New Date and Time Proposed: This status will display in red when the original date and time are unavailable and a counter offer has been suggested.

- Reopened: This appears when a cancelled case has been reopened and still needs to be scheduled.
- Rescheduled: This appears when a case has been moved from the original date to another date.
