Survey Alerts

NOTE: Only those with administrative access have the ability to give specific staff access to survey alerts. To give a staff member access to survey alerts simply navigate to the facility tab click update under facility staff, find the user you’ll like to give survey alerts access to. Then where it states access to survey alerts click the checkbox then click save.

Steps:

  1. Survey alerts are set up based on a single question or multiple questions that a patient has answered yes or no to on the survey.
  2. The new activity list will show all unresolved (a.k.a. unviewed) survey alerts.
  3. Click “view”to review these alerts on the ‘Survey Alerts’ page where at a glance you’ll be able to see the patient and the details of how they answered each question.
  4. You can also switch between survey types by using the survey drop down at the top left of the page.
  5. To view or print out the survey from the alerts screen, click on the patient’s name and select if you’d like to view the PDF or print the survey.
  6. To remove the patient survey alert, click the check mark next to the patient’s name
