Multiprint (Facility)

Multiprint allows you to print multiple booking sheets a once.

Steps – From The New Activity Queue:

  1. If you have a new booking request alert in your Message Center, your can navigate the new activity queue by clicking the “HERE” link in your message center, or you can click the ‘Booking’ tab, select the ‘Procedure’ sub-navigation, and click “New Activity”.
  2. In the New Activity queue, to multiprint, select the number of radio buttons to the left of the Patient’s booking.
  3. By default, the Print Change Log is selected for you, however, if you don’t want to print the change log along with your booking request, simply deselect it, then select “Print Bookings”.
  4. A pop-up will appear that will prompt you to print the booking sheets.

Steps – From The Booking Tab:

  1. Click on the “Booking” tab.
  2. You’re automatically navigated to the Review Bookings screen. Here, you can select the number of bookings that you’d like to print by simply selecting the number of radio buttons to the left-hand side of the patient’s booking request.
  3. By default, the Print Change Log is selected for you, however, if you don’t want to print the change log along with your booking request, simply deselect it, then select “Print Bookings”.
  4. A pop-up will appear that will prompt you to print the booking sheets.
